**Wie werde ich Director Purchasing Germany bei Coolblue?**

Als Director Purchasing bist du verantwortlich für unsere Deals mit (zukünftigen) Vendoren auf dem deutschen Markt. Nachdem wir in den vergangenen 3 Jahren die Grundlagen unseres deutschen Businesses in Nordrhein-Westfalen geschaffen haben, werden wir ab diesem Jahr deutlich stärker expandieren. Unsere Wachstumsambitionen sind groß. Als Einkaufsdirektor wirst du der Ansprechpartner unserer Hersteller auf Senior Management-Niveau. **Das machst du gerne**
- Du baust langfristige Partnerschaften mit Herstellern auf C-Level-Niveau im Bereich Konsumentenelektronik auf.
- Du sorgst zusammen mit deinem Team für die besten Einkaufskonditionen auf dem deutschen Markt.
- Du führst regelmäßig Gespräche mit den wichtigsten Partnern, um die strategische Zusammenarbeit zu stärken.
- Du bist viel unterwegs bei Herstellern, auf Messen und in der Coolblue-Zentrale in Rotterdam sowie in Düsseldorf, um Coolblue als ernstzunehmenden Partner im deutschen Markt zu etablieren.
- Du erstellst KPIs für dein Einkaufsteam und unterstützt deine Teammitglieder dabei, diese Ziele zu erreichen. Du agierst dabei als Coach und entwickelst die Einkaufsorganisation weiter.

**Hierin erkennst du dich**
- Du hast mindestens 10 Jahre relevante Erfahrung in einer strategischen Einkaufsposition, wobei du mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in einer Führungsposition mitbringst.
- Du kannst strategische Deals schließen und langfristige Partnerschaften auf C-Level-Niveau aufbauen.
- Du hast Einkaufserfahrung im Bereich Großküchengeräte, IT und Telefonie.
- Englisch sprichst du fließend. Deutsch beherrschst du auf muttersprachlichem Niveau.
- Als echter Teamplayer arbeitest du gerne eng mit deinen Kollegen auf allen Ebenen der Organisation zusammen.
