About the Business

Our Destination Management services form the core of our business. We take care of everything from ground support, hotel bookings, sightseeing, restaurants, and local guides; all while providing 24/7 customer support so that travelers from over 50 countries can enjoy memorable travel experiences worry free.

About the Role

As the “Operations Coordinator MICE”, you'll be responsible not only for land service bookings such as restaurants, guides, local coaches, special requests etc., but also arrange and coordinate special events for incentive tours, such as gala dinners, business meeting and special team activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate incentive tours across Germany and Austria.
- Prepare itineraries according to sales requirements, destination specifics, budget and supplier conditions.
- Sourcing venues according to client requirements and budget.
- Develop concepts, create new products and bring novelty and creativity in the offer.
- Tour planning including revenue control and efficient supplier choosing.
- Prepare and confirm bookings for all ground services supplier categories, including special arrangements for incentive tours such as gala dinners and team building activities.
- Establish and keep a good relationship with all suppliers and sales offices.
- Coordination and troubleshooting during operation process.

We Are Looking for a Person With:

- Destination knowledge of Germany and Austria.
- Experience in the MICE/ hospitality industry/ground handling operations of advantage.
- Fluency in English, German language skills desirable.
- Knowledge of source markets (Asian, European or American) of advantage.
