**Be you.**

As Director of Finance, you are jointly responsible for the success of the Sheraton Essen Hotel. As part of our management team, you have an eye for the big picture and never lose sight of the details. Together with your team, you have our facts & figures firmly under control

Your most important tasks will include
- Operational management of our accounting team.
- Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements, forecasts/budgets, analyses and reports.
- Contact person for internal & external audits as well as for internal financial accounting issues.
- Achievement of financial targets including reporting to the management team and owners.
- Control of business processes within the hotel as well as strategy development and management.
- Preparation of analyses of deviations, forecasts and measures to protect profit targets while maintaining product quality & guest satisfaction.

**Be able.**
- Several years of professional and management experience in finance in the hotel industry
- Degree as an accountant or completed studies with a focus on finance
- Excellent IT skills in Opera, MS Office (especially Excel)
- Very good knowledge of accounting according to Uniform Systems of Accounts (USALI) & HGB
- Strong communication skills in German and English
