**Your mission**:

- **Strategic Financial Leadership**:

- Develop and execute the financial strategy in alignment with the company’s business objectives and growth plans.
- Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO, Board of Directors, and executive team based on financial analysis and projections.
- Lead the preparation and finalization of the Series C funding round, including financial modelling, valuation, and due diligence processes.
- ** Financial Planning and Analysis**:

- Oversee the development and execution of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
- Conduct thorough financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for growth and efficiency.
- Implement robust financial modelling to support business decisions and strategic initiatives.
- ** Financial Reporting and Compliance**:

- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, management reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain compliance with all financial regulations and standards, including tax, audit, and reporting requirements.
- Coordinate with external auditors and manage the annual audit process.
- ** Cash Flow Management**:

- Optimize the company’s cash flow by managing working capital, debt, and investment strategies.
- Monitor and manage the company’s capital structure, ensuring adequate liquidity to meet operational needs and growth objectives.
- Oversee the treasury function, including cash management, banking relationships, and investment policies.
- ** Investor Relations and Fundraising**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for investors, providing regular updates and transparent communication regarding financial performance and strategic direction.
- Prepare and present financial information to current and prospective investors, fostering strong relationships and trust.
- Lead the fundraising efforts, including the preparation of pitch decks, financial models, and due diligence materials.
- ** Team Leadership and Development**:

- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Implement best practices in financial management, including the use of technology and automation to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Promote a collaborative environment within the finance team and across departments to support the company’s overall goals.
- ** Risk Management**:

- Identify and mitigate financial risks, including market, credit, and operational risks.
- Develop and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard the company’s assets and ensure the integrity of financial information.
- Ensure the company is adequately insured against financial and operational risks.

**Your profile**:

- Proven experience as a senior finance executive, preferably as a CFO or Head of Finance in a high-growth startup environment.
- Strong knowledge of corporate finance, financial planning and analysis, accounting, and compliance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with financial software and tools.

Nice to have:

- A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Demonstrated success in leading Series C (or later stage) funding rounds and managing investor relations.
