In unserem Leadership Team People Development entwickeln und gestalten wir gemeinsam die übergeordneten People & Organizational Development Strategie entlang der Unternehmens-, HR- und Bereichsstrategie. Ihre Rolle In Ihrer Funktion innerhalb unseres People Development Leadership Teams führen und steuern Sie den Bereich Talent & Performance. In dieser Rolle bauen Sie das Team mit den erforderlichen Mitarbeiter-Qualifikationen aktiv mit auf. Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören: Mitwirkung bei der Entwicklung der übergeordneten People & Organizational Development Strategie entlang der Unternehmens-, HR- und Bereichsstrategie Verantwortung für den Auf- und Ausbau einer globalen Strategie sowie eines entsprechenden Leistungsportfolios für den Bereich Talent & Performance, Set-Up von globalen Prozessen und Standards Steuerung des Teams zur zielgerichteten Umsetzung der Talent & Performance-Strategie, bspw. in Rahmen von globalen Programmen und Projekten in den jeweiligen Segmenten und Ländern (globale Governance) Einführung / Weiterentwicklung von Talent und Performance Management Prozessen sowie der dazugehörigen Systemprozesse (Workday) Beratung von Human Ressources Einheiten der einzelnen Segmente und deren HR Business Partner inkl. Bedarfsanalysen und Umsetzung von zielgerichteten Talent & Performance Management Maßnahmen Sicherstellung der Unterstützung von lokalen Initiativen, Projekten oder Workshops im Kontext Talent & Performance mit den jeweiligen Stakeholdern auf allen Hierarchieebenen Konzeption und Durchführung von Workshops im Kontext Talent & Performance Auswahl und Steuerung / Führung/ Administration von Beratern, Drittanbietern, Trainingsdienstleistern Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung des Operating Models für den Bereich People & Organisational Development Definition von Kennzahlen sowie Erstellung eines Reporting bis hin zur Durchführung der Erfolgskontrolle im Business Ihr Profil Hochschulstudium in Betriebswirtschaft mit Schwerpunkt Personal, Psychologie oder vergleichbar tiefgreifende und relevante Berufskenntnisse in der Definition von HR Strategie, Personal- und Organisationsentwicklung, Change Management und Beratung inkl. Erfahrungen in der Leitung von internationalen und interdisziplinären Projekten Erfahrung im Umgang und Steuern von externen Beratern, Trainern und Coaches sowie sehr gute Kenntnisse betriebswirtschaftlicher Grundlagen und Steuerungsprinzipien Erfahrung mit der Einführung von Personalmanagement Systemen (bevorzugt Workday) Erfahrung in der Einführung und Umsetzung von Talent und Performance Management Prozessen in internationalen Unternehmen. sehr gute Kenntnisse neuester didaktischer und methodischer Grundlagen Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch gepaart mit einer hohen sozialen und interkulturellen Kompetenz Your ZEISS Recruiting Team: Franziska Thöne-Schramm Step out of your comfort zone, excel and redefine the limits of what is possible.
