HR Coordinator

In this role, you'll play a vital part in supporting our HR functions, from employee relations to recruitment and training. Tasks
**HR Relations**:
- Offer support and guidance to managers and employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Address employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues promptly and effectively.
- Handle employee relations matters, including the resolution of grievances and conflicts.
- Collaborate with the Work Council when necessary.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives at both local and global levels.
**Compensation & Benefits, Performance**:
- Manage employee benefits programs and assist in performance management processes.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records and compliance with labor laws.
**Recruitment**:
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate new employee orientation and onboarding activities.
- Engage with potential talent through various channels like job fairs and social media.
**HR Administration**:
- Support the Sr. HR Generalist in contract negotiations and document preparation.
- Maintain HR databases and assist in global HR processes.
- Help with payroll processing and participate in HR-related projects.
**Training & Development**:
- Aid in the development and delivery of HR training programs.
- Monitor training progress and maintain training plans.
**Processes and Procedures/Audit**:
- Assist HR Managers during audits and reporting procedures.
- Support in data protection documentation and HR policy implementation.
**Requirements**:
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Possess 2-5 years of experience in an HR Generalist role.
- Have a strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential.
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Collaborative team player with proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS software.
- Fluent in German (C1) and English (B2).
