**Deine neuen Aufgaben**:
- Anlage von Usern, Stores, Kontakten und Shared Mailboxes über das AHP One Management und Distribution Groups über Active Directory
- Administrieren von angelegten Usern und Objekten
- Verwalten der Kunden Administrations-Benutzer und ihrer Zugriffsrechte
- Unterstützung beim Troubleshooting von Endgeräten/Benutzer Problemen via RemoteSession
- Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Fachabteilungen und Austausch aktueller Informationen
- First und Second Level Support für M365 - Troubleshooting
- Überwachung der Komponenten über das Monitoringsystem mit den in der Leistungsbeschreibung definierten Parametern
- Ticketbearbeitung unter Berücksichtigung von SLA´s
- Sicherstellung der Kundenkommunikation (Telefonisch, per Mail, per Ticket) sowie regelmäßiges Statusupdate / Dokumentation im Ticketsystem
- Softwarepflege, Patch Management, Erstellung von Dokumentationen
**Das bringst du mit**:
- Freude daran sich in neue IT-Themen einzuarbeiten
- Spaß am Umgang mit Kunden
- Erste Erfahrungen im IT-Support von Vorteil
- Grundkenntnisse in den Bereichen Netzwerke sowie heterogene IT-Infrastrukturen
- ITIL V3/V4 Foundation Zertifizierung ist wünschenswert
- Gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
