This role is ideal for a **university student** seeking an internship or early career opportunities, offering valuable hands-on experience in web analytics within the FinTech and consumer credit sectors.

**Your Focus**
- Google Analytics & Web Performance Tracking: Assist in setting up and maintaining Google Analytics for web and mobile environments, ensuring accurate tracking of user behavior. Help configure goals, conversion funnels, and e-commerce tracking to monitor marketing campaigns. Generate reports on key metrics such as traffic, bounce rates, conversion rates, and user retention. Support advanced tracking features like event tracking and Enhanced E-commerce.
- Google Tag Manager (GTM) Implementation: Assist in configuring and managing tags, triggers, and variables within Google Tag Manager for tracking user interactions on web and mobile platforms. Collaborate with the development and marketing teams to ensure proper deployment of tracking codes. Help troubleshoot and debug tag issues using GTM’s preview tools.
- App Analytics & Tracking: Support the setup and maintenance of app analytics tracking using Google Analytics for Firebase, ensuring proper tracking of app installs, user engagement, and in-app conversions. Work closely with the mobile development team to optimize app tracking setups, including deep links and referral tracking.
- Affiliate Tracking: Help implement and manage affiliate tracking solutions to monitor clicks, leads, and sales from affiliate marketing campaigns. Assist in auditing affiliate tracking configurations to ensure proper attribution of conversions, and collaborate with affiliate teams to ensure the accurate setup of tracking links and pixels.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Create and maintain reporting dashboards using Google Data Studio or other tools to analyze web traffic, app engagement, and conversions. Assist in identifying trends and providing data-driven recommendations for optimization. Help deliver performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting actionable insights.
- Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, development, and affiliate managers, to align on tracking needs and data goals. Assist in communicating technical concepts and data insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Optimization & Best Practices: Assist in regular audits of web and app analytics setups to ensure accuracy and scalability. Stay updated on the latest trends in analytics tools like Google Analytics, GTM, and Firebase, and help implement best practices.

**Your Background**
- Undergraduate on the final year or recently graduated with studies in data analytics, computer science, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or Firebase.
- Familiarity with web and mobile tracking concepts.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to learning.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.

**Bonus Skills**:

- Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis
- Experience with data visualization tools like Google Data Studio
- Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, or mobile SDKs is a plus
