**Responsibilities**
- You will lead the team of Data Scientists and Web Analysts and support them in analyzing data and trends to propel the Hotelplan Group forward.
- You will develop and maintain data models, algorithms, and statistical analysis procedures.
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams is of great importance to you, as it helps in understanding requirements and creating appropriate solutions.
- You will define and prioritize analytics use cases in collaboration with business stakeholders, derive data products and implement them with the team.
- You will establish a community for Data & Analytics, promoting effectiveness and efficiency throughout the entire organization

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree (University, University of Applied Sciences) or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science,or a related field.
- Desired work experience: at least 5 years as a Data Scientist.
- Fluent in English, German a plus
- You possess extensive expertise in Data & Analytics, which you have demonstrated as a Data Scientist, creating business value.
- You are a true changemaker, highly communicative, and enjoy working collaboratively with others.
- You take pleasure in developing talents, as well as fostering teams and organizations.
- You thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and enjoy keeping yourself updated with the latest technology.
- You have a solid understanding of web technologies and the Google Tech Suite (e.g., Google Analytics, GTM, BigQuery).
