Wir suchen eine/n Data Analytics Engineer (Mensch).

Aufgaben

Deine Mission

Du unterstützt uns in der Datenerhebung und -analyse und bist maßgeblich an der Umsetzung von technischen und strategischen Lösungen beteiligt. Dein Fokus liegt auf der Implementierung von Web-Analytics-Lösungen, der Erstellung von Dashboards und Berichten sowie der Beratung rund um Datenprozesse. Darüber hinaus übernimmst du Aufgaben im Bereich SEO und unterstützt dabei, datengetriebene Entscheidungen zu ermöglichen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Beratung zu Business-Prioritäten, KPIs, Datenerhebung und SEO-Best Practices
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Tagging-Strategien sowie technischen Konzepten
  • Testing und Optimierung von Datenprozessen in Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklern
  • Aufbau und Pflege von Dashboards, Reports und Visualisierungen
  • Periodische Analyse und Anpassung der Datenstrategien basierend auf Feedback
  • Analyse komplexer Datensätze aus verschiedenen Quellen, um Muster, Trends und Anomalien zu identifizieren
Qualifikation

Dein Equipment

>Analytics & Datenmanagement:

  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Tracking und Web Analytics und SEO optimization
  • Erfahrung in ETL-Prozessen, Data Engineering, Data Warehousing und Business Intelligence
  • Expertise im Bereich Data Governance, Datenschutz & Compliance


>Technologie & Tools:

  • Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Piano Analytics
  • Grundkenntnisse in Google Analytics, TAG Manager, Matomo
  • Beratungsverständnis von Cloud Run, BigQuery, oder vergleichbare
  • Instrumentarium zur Beweisführung z.B. Power BI, Python, SQL

  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Beratungskompetenz, auch in interdisziplinären Teams
  • Lösungsorientiertes Denken mit einem Blick fürs Detail
  • Fließende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
