We are currently recruiting an Air Freight Forwarder to join our amazing operations team in Munich where you will be responsible for the A-Z handling of Air cargo while providing excellent customer service, and where your line manager is ready to train and support you in your personal development. **Your role will include**:

- Communicate with clients which goes hand in hand with troubleshooting. Dealing with different situations will however challenge your assertiveness, ability to think outside of the box and solve problems.
- Interact with business partners.
- You can take an advantage of interactions with agents, airlines and customs bodies because it enables you to learn more about business and grow your professional network.
- Issue and monitor transportation documents and electronic data processing. We use our internal visibility and collaboration platform which will make your day-to-day life so much easier.

**What your background experience should be**:

- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role in the freight forwarding industry
- High competency in handling Air cargo shipments
- Fluent in German and English
- Demonstrative problem solving skills
- A passion for transport and logistics
- You might be in a freight forwarding business where your role is limited, we can offer training so if you want to extend your responsibility we welcome your enthusiasm to have a wider role
