**Marketing Brand Lead (m/w/d)**
- in unbefristeter Festanstellung

Als Marketing Brand Lead sind Sie für alle internen und externen Marketing
- und Kommunikationsmaßnahmen verantwortlich. Dazu orchestrieren Sie die Aktivitäten des Teams auf strategischer und taktischer Ebene mit dem Ziel Verkaufsziele zu erreichen und die Marktpräsenz zu stärken. Sie spielen damit eine entscheidende Rolle bei der Definition und Umsetzung der Vermarktungsstrategien unseres Kunden und arbeiten eng mit anderen Abteilungen zusammen, um den Erfolg der Produkte sicherzustellen.

Ihre Aufgaben
- Gesamtverantwortung für den Launch eines innovativen Produkts, einschließlich Erstellung des lokalen Marketing
- und Kommunikationsplans mit Investment-Planung und Forecasting.
- Führung des ophthalmologischen Marketing Teams sowie Leitung des Core Brand Teams (Marketing, Medical, Sales, OPEX, Market Access) und enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen relevanten Abteilungen.
- Implementierung der Marketingstrategie und des Brandplans durch das Core Team, regelmäßiges Abgleichen und gegebenenfalls Anpassen des Plans im Brand Team.
- Planung, Durchführung und Kontrolle von Marketingmaßnahmen für HCP, Non-HCP und Fachverbände, inklusive Entwicklung, Umsetzung und Erfolgskontrolle von Content-Plänen sowie Customer Journeys in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Brand Team und dem Customer Engagement Manager.
- Steuerung des Brand Teams (Core Team und Fachabteilungen), Initiierung regelmäßiger Treffen zur Orchestrierung der Brandaktivitäten, Performance-Analyse und Insight-Generierung.
- Festlegung von KPIs zur Erfolgsmessung von Marketingmaßnahmen, Erheben und Analysieren von Daten zur Überprüfung der Wirksamkeit.
- Steuern und Briefen von Agenturen, inklusive Durchführung von Agenturausschreibungen und Schulung von Mitarbeitern im Bereich strategischer Schwerpunkte und Brandkommunikation in Zusammenarbeit mit Medical, Sales und Learning & Development.
- Planung, Überwachung und Reporting des Brand-Budgets für den Verantwortungsbereich.

Ihre Qualifikationen
- Masterstudium in einem einschlägigen Studienfach (z.B. Medizin, Naturwissenschaften, Pharmazie oder vergleichbar)
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der pharmazeutischen Industrie, insbesondere in den Bereichen Marketing und Sales.
- Starke analytische Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit zur Interpretation von Daten.
- Hohe Einsatz
- und Leistungsbereitschaft.
- Starke Führungs
- und Managementfähigkeiten mit fundiertem Verständnis des Pharma-Marktes und seiner Trends.
- Ausgezeichnete kommunikative Fähigkeiten und Verhandlungsgeschick, strategisches Denken, Reisebereitschaft und verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse. Erfahrung im Erstellen und Halten von Präsentationen vor Senior Leadership.
