We are looking for a Senior Talent Partner / HR Business Partner / HR Generalist who would like to shape the role and define how we may best support our leaders in our Central Functions (Finance, Sports Media Sales, Business Development, Legal and HR).

You will have impact as a partner in the whole people life-cycle, from defining the long-term people strategy, budget planning, building an employer branding, recruiting yourself or in collaboration with agencies, developing initiatives to identify, develop and retain talent to supporting in performance and employee case management.
- Partner with our key leaders on C-level across departments to understand their needs in regards to their talent strategies, people engagement and employee retention
- Be in charge of recruiting, work closely with selected agencies and freelancers
- Position, strengthen and represent our employer brand in the Berlin job market (e.g. social media, conferences, meet ups, job fairs)
- Develop external sourcing and internal talent identification strategies by establishing creative measures, leveraging key supplier relationships and networks
- Build strategies and actions based on data and facts
- Enable our managers to be best leaders and promoters of internal careers
- Improve and innovate processes and procedures and work closely with the People Operations team, the Total Rewards Center of Expertise and your peers (talent partners for the Tech & Data function)

**Qualifications**:

- 8-10 years in a (generalist) Human Resources / People & Culture role in a fast-paced, high-growth and international (ideally e-commerce) environment
- Track record of proven success in HR business partnering
- A passion for finding and matching the right people at the right time to the right role
- Strategic thinking approach and hands-on execution mode
- Experience in designing, implementing and improving processes and procedures in regards to talent management, performance management, talent acquisition strategies and leadership development
- Coaching and consulting skills, used to partner with senior leaders
- Strong advocate for diversity and inclusion, ability to consult and support managers building diverse and inclusive teams
- Ability to think creatively, adapt easily to changing priorities and simultaneously manage multiple projects at fast pace
- Energized by enabling and supporting our people and collaboratitng with a great team
- Excellent communication in German and English (verbal and written)
- Hands-on mentality and openess to shape this role according to the needs of the business and your strengths
