This is a great opportunity for a Senior Talent Partner, who will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, and will think creatively about how to business operation talent in Berlin. As part of the Chapter 2 team, you will have ownership to deliver across the full recruitment cycle and hire at all levels of the business. You will become a true partner to the company’s internal teams and work closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to deliver on their hiring goals. The role will be working closely with senior leaders across Chapter 2.

**What you'll be doing**

For your first project you will be a key Senior Talent Partner for a global consumer manufacturer based in Berlin, Germany.

Track and report on talent acquisition metrics, such as time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, cost per hire, etc.

**Who you are**

A driven professional with a passion for talent sourcing with a keen interest/experience in sales recruitment.

You will have at least 5 years of experience, preferably hiring operational, sales and finance talent within Germany. You'll have a track record of success in identifying and engaging senior talent.

You are a team player who excel in collaborative settings and can work effectively alongside senior stakeholders.

A strong focus in Delivery across sales roles.

You will be strong in sourcing, independently, driven and autonomous, especially in stakeholder management and problem solving.

A Strong communicator in German and English.

You will be based in Berlin.
