Hoffmann und Partner Executive Consulting GmbH ist eine auf Executive Search spezialisierte Boutique-Beratung mit Hauptsitz in Berlin. Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, der unsere Kunden bei der Suche nach Top-Führungskräften unterstützt.

Aufgaben
  • Ansprache von potenziellen Kandidaten auf Vorstands-, Geschäftsführer- und Bereichsleiterebene
  • Durchführung von qualifizierten Telefoninterviews und Dokumentation der Inhalte
  • Zuständigkeit für ein ganzheitliches Kandidaten-, Projekt- und Bewerbermanagement
  • Erstellung von kundenspezifischen Anforderungsprofilen, Zielfirmenlisten und vertraulichen Berichten
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Berater bis zum erfolgreichen Projektabschluss
  • Erarbeitung und Abbildung von Unternehmens- und Managementstrukturen über verschiedene Kanäle
Ihr Profil
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaft oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
  • Ganzheitliches und vernetztes Denken, Engagement, Vertrauenswürdigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke sowie eine offene, freundliche, verbindliche, strukturierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise
  • Lösungsorientierung, Optimismus, Teamfähigkeit und die Förderung eines konstruktiven und interdisziplinären Miteinanders
