About the Role

The Senior HR Business Partner will work closely with senior management, department heads, HR team members, and cross-functional teams within the organization. They will serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for relevant business stakeholders on behalf of the HR organization, including Learning & Development (L&D), Recruitment, and Centers of Excellence (CoEs).

Main Responsibilities

  • Coach and advise senior leaders on people management issues, based on best practices and employment law.
  • Develop and implement departmental people strategies for the upcoming year, focusing on reducing attrition and strengthening the leadership team.
  • Design optimal organizational structures in collaboration with senior management that align with organizational standards and execute implementation plans.
  • Identify opportunities and implement strategies to drive employee performance and foster employee engagement within business areas.
  • Build trusting working relationships with leaders through daily interactions and participation in departmental leadership meetings.
  • Secure business support for HR projects/initiatives and integrate them into business areas, partnering with relevant HR subject matter experts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of relevant experience in similar roles.
  • Expertise in strategic HR planning, strong leadership and coaching abilities, talent management, succession planning, cultural competence, and diversity.
  • Deep understanding of employment law and regulatory compliance.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and HR metrics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on Learning & Development.
  • Ability to navigate effectively within complex organizational structures and dynamics.
  • Excellent communication skills tailored to different organizational levels.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent Microsoft Office skills, expertise in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), and HR analytics tools.
