German-speaking Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a German-speaking Customer Service Representative for a full-time position in Lisbon. The role is available on-site or in a hybrid format.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Assist with after-sales requests, including deliveries, warranties, and refunds.
- Support incoming sales, promote products, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Track and manage orders using our CRM system.
- Resolve customer issues by following established procedures.

**Required Skills**:

- Proficiency in German (C2 level required); native-level proficiency is advantageous.
- Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level); eliminatory tests will be part of the recruitment process.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in customer service and problem-solving (preferred).
- Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to rotating schedules.

**Job Details**:

- **Location**: Lisbon (on-site or hybrid).
- **Contract**: Renewable 6-month contract.
- **Hours**: Flexible, depending on client needs, with 2 days off per week.
- **Health Insurance**: Private coverage including dental care after 6 months.

**Salary**:

- **Starting Salary**: From €1,100 gross, depending on the project. The final amount will be confirmed during the initial call when the project is assigned.

**Benefits**:

- **Performance Bonus**: Up to €100 net per month (or more, depending on the project).
- **Meal Allowance**: €7.23 per day (net), loaded onto a Coverflex card, totaling €144.60 for 20 workdays.
- **Transport Allowance**: €20 net per month.
- **Housing Assistance**: If you opt for our accommodation, €280/month will be deducted from your base salary. Your flight ticket will be reimbursed after 6 months.
