Dann starte bei uns als **Werkstudent** **(m/w/d)** und unterstütze unser **Team Valuation Advisory Services** an unserem Standort in **Berlin**.

Unser Team **Valuation Advisory Services** ist bundesweit für die Bewertung von Einzelobjekten sowie großvolumiger Immobilienportfolios zuständig. Neben der klassischen Bewertung von Immobilien und Immobilienportfolios sowie der marktführenden Begleitung von Kapitalmarktprojekten setzt CBRE mit der Business Line Valuation Advisory Services auf innovative und digitale Produktentwicklungen.

**DAS MACHST DU BEI UNS**:

- Eigenständige Bearbeitung von Support-Anfragen (z. B. Buchungen von Reisen über internes Tool, Kontierung von Eingangsrechnung und Spesen)
- Interne Kommunikation innerhalb der deutschen Business Line
- Bei Bedarf Unterstützung des Teams bei weiteren administrativen Tätigkeiten

- Eigenverantwortliche und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Selbstorganisation entlang formulierter Prozesse
- Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office (v.a. Outlook)
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und gute Englischkenntnisse
