**Die Position**:
Wir suchen eine/n motivierte/n Product Management Intern für eines unserer Portfoliounternehmen. Du wirst dabei helfen, die Vision des Unternehmens in die Tat umzusetzen und die Produkt Management Strategie voranzutreiben.

In deiner täglichen Arbeit fokussierst du dich auf die Unterstützung des Product Management Teams und leistest einen wertvollen Beitrag zu verschiedensten, spannenden Projektvorhaben.

Werde Teil unseres Portfoliounternehmens: Dich erwartet ein Insur Tech Unternehmen, das sich auf den Schutz von Betrieben vor Cyber-Bedrohungen konzentriert. Das Startup bietet eine einzigartige Kombination aus Versicherungsdienstleistung und Cyberschutz.

**Sei verantwortlich für**:

- Weiterentwicklung der hochinnovativen Softwarelösung des Ventures in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Produktentwicklungs-Team
- Klärung der Produktkonfiguration und der -anforderungen in einer agilen Entwicklungsumgebung
- Analyse quantitativer Kundendaten, um verwertbare Erkenntnisse für die strategische Entscheidungsfindung zu gewinnen
- Vorantreiben der Nutzerforschung durch Tests-Interviews mit potenziellen Kunden
- Erstellung von Präsentationsmaterialien für verschiedene Interessengruppen
- Marktforschung zu Wettbewerbern und Branche und interne Datenanalysen

**Dein Profil**:

- Berufserfahrung durch Praktika in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld, z. B. in einem Start-up, einer Unternehmensberatung oder ähnlichem
- Detailorientiert, mit einem guten Verständnis für Softwareentwicklungsprozesse und technische Details (Programmierkenntnisse sind ein Plus)
- Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Excel, PowerPoint und anderen Microsoft Office Tools
- Datenorientierte und analytische Denkweise
- Interesse an einer Karriere im Produktmanagement
- Begeistert von der praktischen Arbeit in einem Startup-Umfeld und vom Lernen über Cyber-Versicherung und Cyber-Sicherheit
- Fließend in Englisch, Deutschkenntnisse sind ein Plus
