**Position Overview**
The Account Management Intern will work as part of the Account Management team for the regions Germany, Austria and Switzerland. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is interested in ad technology and seeks pleasure when working with all different types of clients related to the ad tech industry. The task oriented position requires someone that is able to stick to daily deadlines, is highly organized, and has a strong eye for detail.

**This is a 10-week, full-time internship that runs from July 23rd - October 1st, 2024.**

**Responsibilities**:
Completion of DV University and other onboarding tasks to understand DV's products and the role of an account manager at DV.
Responsible for assisting the Account Management team with their day-to-day activities supporting our clients with outstanding service.
Provide internal support for the Account Management team.
Take part in all internal meetings relevant for Account Managers.
Join external client-facing meetings.
Complete assigned tasks within appropriate SLA/deadline on a daily basis.
Create cases in Salesforce for requesting support from the Implementation Management.

**Minimum Qualifications**
Fluent in German & English language
Organized with a rigorous attention to detail, drive for excellence, and a positive "can-do"approach.

Proven communication skills (written &verbal)
Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel

Preferred Qualifications
Some understanding of the online media marketplace.
Self-motivated, independent thinker and a team player, who will hit the ground running.
Proven ability to handle multiple deliverables with tight deadlines, manage competing priorities, and
consistently perform in high pressure environments.
Ability to interact and communicate effectively with all levels of management including senior
executive level.
Passion and desire to play a key role in driving a new business to success in the advertising
technology space.
