**BUSINESS UNIT**:
The HRS platform processes about 100 million room-nights each year and is composed of three engines that each optimize one core building block along the corporate hospitality supply chain: Intelligent Procurement, Smart Booking and Invisible Payment. Through the integration of those engines into one large data-driven platform approach, our Lodging-as-a-Service value proposition enhances satisfaction of corporate employees and travelers, delivers the highest grade of process automation for corporate stakeholders and ensures strongest compliance end-to-end.
As economies globally orient towards the urgent need to decarbonize global trade, corporates across industries require new ways to report, reduce and remove their emissions effectively throughout their supply chains. In 2021, HRS pioneered a new framework for its more than 750.000 hotel partners on its platform - the Green Stay Initiative - to learn and engage in the transparent planning and baseline status reporting around their environment footprints and initiatives in line with corporate-level standards. With Green Stay, corporates are enabled to leverage normalized metrics and benchmarks across all continents and across all of their lodging activities from the strategic supplier procurement, over the booking of a hotel for their next trip, to the end-to-end reporting of their related environmental impact. Within months after its launch, the initiative has found tremendous interest within the HRS customer base and was already joined by global hotel groups Accor and Marriott International as well as thousands of regional groups and independent hotels.
**POSITION**:
We are looking for a Product Manager for the Green Stay Initiative and related systems to join the product leadership team with direct reporting line into the HRS GROUP’s Chief Product Officer. In your proactive nature, you lead the design and implementation of the future versions of the initiative, manage day-to-day product development operations and support our global team to deliver relevant and high-quality product experiences related to the initiative to our demanding customer base.
**CHALLENGE**:
- Support HRS teams and partners working with Green Stay data reporting.
- Help hotel partners when experiencing issues with their filing of environment reports or with receiving their membership benefits online.
- Support marketing and events teams to create content about the Green Stay Initiative.
- Support the product management team with market research.
- Fulfil tasks set out by supervisors from several departments.
- Attend meetings and take minutes
