**Deine Rolle**:
Als **Intern Product & Technology Management (d/m/w)** übernimmst du sehr eigenständig verschiedenste interdisziplinäre Aufgaben. Dabei erhältst du spannende Einblicke in die Technologie hinter unseren Produkten und in die verschiedenen Bereiche eines der innovativsten Scale-Ups im Bereich Financial Services.

**Was machst du dabei konkret?**
- **
Product & Technology Management**: Du unterstützt in der Konzeptionierung, Validierung und Umsetzung technischer Anforderungen in agilen SCRUM-Teams. Dabei hast du stets einen strategischen Bezug und begründest deine Entscheidungen qualitativ oder quantitativ. Du setzt einzelne Features ganzheitlich um. Das heißt, dass du die Anforderungen sammelst und plausibilisierst, die Umsetzung mit Product-Designern und Software-Entwicklern planst und während der Implementierung Stakeholder-Management übernimmst. Egal ob UX-Verbesserungen im Dashboard oder eine Überarbeitung der Datenorchestrierung
- deine Aufgabengebiete reichen von Frontend bis Backend.

Strategy & Operations**: Du erhältst direkte Einblicke in die strategische und technische Ausrichtung unserer innovativen digitalen Vermögensverwaltung. Indem du bei der Implementierung von skalierbaren Prozessen, der Erstellung von Reports und der Analyse von Daten unterstützt, trägst du zur aktiven Weiterentwicklung unserer Portfolio-Management-Architektur bei. Du fungierst dabei als Bindeglied zwischen Business und Technology.

Eigene Analyse
- und Rechercheprojekte**: Du unterstützt unser Management durch die aktive Übernahme eigener Analyse
- und Rechercheprojekte. Dies beinhaltet beispielsweise Analysen zu Märkten, Wettbewerbern und wissenschaftlichen Erkenntnissen. Eine fundierte Aufarbeitung der Ergebnisse inkl. visueller Präsentation rundet die Analysen ab, um als Grundlage für wichtige strategische Entscheidungen unseres Managements zu unterstützen.

**Das bringst du mit**:

- ** Background**: Du befindest dich mindestens im 3. Semester deines Studiums in dem Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften / Wirtschaftsinformatik bzw. angrenzenden Bereichen mit überdurchschnittlichen Studienleistungen, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkten in Management, IT oder Innovation. Du konntest idealerweise erste Erfahrungen in einem Startup oder in den Bereichen Financial Services oder Consulting sammeln.
- **
Skills und Qualifikationen**: Du hast großes Interesse an Finanzthemen und damit verbundenen Technologien. Außerdem verfügst du über eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise und zeichnest dich durch Eigenständigkeit, Sorgfalt und Detailgenauigkeit aus. Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und hast sehr gute Kenntnisse in Englisch. Die Programme PowerPoint und Excel beherrscht du sehr gut - erste Kenntnisse in Salesforce oder Jira sind ein Plus.

Mindset**: Du hast Lust, innerhalb kurzer Zeit Expertise in den Bereichen Produktmanagement, Operations, Technology-Strategy und Softwareentwicklung aufzubauen. Dabei scheust du keine Herausforderungen, setzt dich gerne mit komplexen Themen auseinander und hast eine Hands-on-Mentalität. Du hast ein technologisches, unternehmerisches und analytisches Mindset und behältst auch bei mehreren parallelen Projekten den Überblick. In einem anspruchsvollen, aber informellen Scale-Up-Umfeld fühlst du dich wohl und zeichnest Dich durch Kommunikationsstärke aus.
