This position is part of Novanta's World of Medicine business (WOM). WOM is a pioneer and a global leader in medical technology. We are looking for reinforcement for our R&D team in Berlin. Our subsidiary WOM Berlin is looking for a

Senior Project Coordinator (M/F/d)

**Responsibilities**:

- Project support in monitoring, project planning and reporting for all development projects
- Planning and monitoring of the project budget
- Cross-departmental coordination of various stakeholders (e.g. purchasing, maintenance, production, quality, RA) as well as the management of external service providers
- Coordination and support of product documentation
- Definition, implementation and maintenance of KPIs for global R&D. Tracking of initiatives derived from the KPIs.
- Support or lead the implementation, maintenance and workflow optimisation of tools (such as digital signature, DMS or others).
- Organise department-wide training or events

Qualifications:

- Diploma, Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a technical course of study.
- first experience with MS Project and MS Azure desirable
- Very good written and spoken English and German skills
- Very good MS Office skills
- SAP know-how desirable
- strong organisational skills with a good eye for the essentials
- Initial experience in supporting development projects

Senior Project Coordinator (m/w/d)

Verantwortlichkeiten
- Projektunterstützung im Bereich Monitoring, Projektplanung und Reporting für alle Entwicklungsprojekte
- Planung und Monitoring des Projektbudgets
- Bereichsübergreifende Koordination diverser Stakeholder (z.B. Einkauf, Wartung, Produktion, Quality, RA) sowie die Steuerung externer Dienstleister
- Koordination und Unterstützung bei der Produkt Dokumentation
- Definition, Umsetzung und Pflege von KPIs für globale F&E. Verfolgung der von den KPIs abgeleiteten Initiativen.
- Unterstützung oder Leitung bei der Einführung, Wartung und Workflow-Optimierung von Tools (wie digitale Signatur, DMS oder andere)
- Organisation von abteilungsweiten Schulungen oder Veranstaltungen

Allgemeine Aufgaben
- Initiierung und aktive Beteiligung an Maßnahmen für Synchro-Prozesse
- Aktive Beteiligung am Innovationsprozess
- Strenge Einhaltung der Qualitäts-, Arbeitssicherheits
- und Umweltvorschriften und Umsetzung der Anweisungen der Qualitäts-/Umweltbeauftragten und der Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit

Qualifikationen:

- Diplom, Bachelor oder Master in Engineering oder einem technischen Studiengang
- erste Erfahrung mit MS Project und MS Azure wünschenswert
- sehr gute Englisch und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse
- SAP Know-how wünschenswert
- organisationsstark mit einem guten Blick für das Wesentliche
- erste Erfahrung in der Unterstützung von Entwicklungsprojekten
