Wir suchen motivierte, deutsch-sprachige und erfahrene Project Coordinator (m/w/d) aus den Fachbereichen KG 300 / KG 400 in der Planung im Hochbau, die in der prozessbegleitenden Projektsteuerung das Project Leadership an herausfordernden, multi-disziplinären Projekten unterstützen. Als Teil des Project Design Management (PDM) Teams Europe arbeitest Du unmittelbar mit Ingenieurinnen und Ingenieuren unterschiedlicher Gewerke zusammen und verbindest Project Management mit Engineering Disciplines.Abgesehen von Deiner Erfahrung und Deinem Fachwissen sind Kommunikation und Organisation Dein Talent, prozess-orientierte Herausforderungen Deine Neugier und Teamarbeit Deine Berufung.
Aufgaben
- Unterstützung der Projektleitung bei der erfolgreichen Zusammenarbeit mit dem externen und internen Team
- Unterstützung des Job Leaders bei der Verwaltung von Projektinformationen - RFI-Zeitpläne, Rechnungen und anderen Dokumenten und bei Bedarf Berichte in Deltek zu erstellen
- Unterstützung bei der Erleichterung von Projektkoordinations-Touchdown-Sitzungen zwischen den BH-Design-Disziplinen
- Aufzeichnen, Überwachen und Koordinieren von Aktionen des Planungsteams bei der Erbringung von disziplinübergreifenden Planungsleistungen
- Schulung von Ingenieurinnen und Ingenieuren in der Verwendung von geeigneten Projects Office-Tools und -Vorlagen
- Unterstützung der Projektleitung bei der Zusammenstellung von Rechnungen und Begleitdokumenten zur Einreichung von Rechnungen und Begleitdokumenten an Kundinnen und Kunden; Pflege und Umsetzung von Rechnungsplänen
- Verfolgung und Überwachung der QS-Verfahren (durchgeführte Entwurfsprüfungen, Umweltcheckliste und PDC abgeschlossen, H&S-Informationen ausgestellt) und Berichterstattung an Projektleitung in vereinbarten Abständen
- Unterstützung der Projektleitung bei der Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von QMS-Audits
- Mitwirkung bei der Einführung und Pflege von Verfahren
- Aufforderung an Job Leader die Einhaltung der Design-Review-Verfahren sicherzustellen
- Sicherstellen, dass gemeinsame Systeme und Vorlagen eingerichtet werden und Probleme an den IT-Support weitergeleitet werden
Qualifikation
- Abschluss in Architektur, Ingenieurswesen oder Ähnlichem
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, sicher im Umgang mit leitenden Mitarbeitenden
- Fähigkeit, in mehreren Projekten zu arbeiten und Aufgaben angemessen zu priorisieren
- Fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office, insbesondere Excel
- Proaktive und zuvorkommende Einstellung im Umgang mit internen und externen Kunden
