Für unser Payroll Team suchen wir SIE als **Business Process Owner (m/w/d) **. Sie sind für die Pflege und Weiterentwicklung unserer Lohn
- und Gehaltsabrechnungs
- sowie Zeit
- und Anwesenheitsprogramme verantwortlich und stellen sicher, dass diese effektiv sind und den Vorschriften entsprechen.

**Diese Herausforderungen erwarten Sie als **Business Process Owner (M/F/d) - Payroll:

- Aktualisierung von Vorschriften und Förderung der technischen Entwicklung von Lohnabrechnungsnetzwerk-Tools
- Als Ansprechpartner für Deutschland fungieren, indem Verfahren und Schulungen für die Benutzer bereitgestellt werden
- Koordinierung zwischen allen Anwendern und dem Tool-Anbieter
- Leitung von Projekten im Zusammenhang mit der Gehaltsabrechnung und verwandten Bereichen
- Teilnahme an Besprechungen mit allen Dienstleistern
- Zusammenarbeit mit dem Spezialistenteam, Teilnahme an Teamsitzungen und Information über Probleme in anderen Bereichen

**Damit begeistern Sie uns**:

- Bachelor-Abschluss in Personalwesen, Betriebswirtschaft oder einem verwandten Bereich
- Mindestens 3-5 Jahre Erfahrung in den Bereichen Gehaltsabrechnung, Zeit
- und Anwesenheitsmanagement oder verwandten Bereichen
- Ausgeprägtes Verständnis der Gehaltsabrechnungsvorschriften und -prozesse
- Erfahrung in der Koordinierung mit Tool-Anbietern und der Umsetzung von Verbesserungen
- Ausgezeichnete kommunikative und analytische Fähigkeiten
- Fähigkeit, rechtliche und vertragliche Entwicklungen zu interpretieren und sie in umsetzbare Anforderungen zu übersetzen
- Beherrschung der deutschen Sprache und gutes Englisch
