These challenges await you:
- Ensures that requested System Validation services are delivered on time and with the required quality to the Project Team.- Coordinates and serves as a main contact point for delivering the services of real world data collection, data management, data annotation for the purpose of training and validation of the detection algorithms and associated end user functions.- Coordinates activities with the SysVal operations to fulfill required tasks in time and reports and communicates with the project team- Secures/Manages activities and targets requested from Project teams (System Validation TPM/System Test Lead) in the following areas of services: Data collection, Annotation, Data storage solutions, Data logistics / processing, Tool-automation / tool chain, Vehicle instrumentation.- Provides estimates and manages budget, costs and investment for own area of responsibility.- Manages internal and external suppliers for own area of resposnisbility.- Coordinates and manages System Validation´s operational activities, secures daily progress reporting vs plan.- Evaluates current operational performance.- Identifies problems in operations processes and resolves them in timely manner.- Maintains clear and accurate operations documents/procedures within given project for reference purposes.- Ensures compliance to internal or external rules, regulations and standards for data collection, data handling and archiving.

You inspire us with that:
- A relevant Technical Engineering Degree e.g. Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Hardware/Software Engineering, etc.- Minimum of 5 years experience working in R&D product development role and 2 years of technical leading role.- Hands on knowledge in testing and validation processes- Good understanding of electronics and hardware design, with focus on sensing technologies (Cameras, ULS, Lidar, etc.)- Good understanding of automotive systems- Good knowledge of vehicle architecture and vehicle integration- Digital Data management experience in IT context, cloud technologies, data flows, digital data storage solution, conversion, and other operations- Team player with proven organizational skills and the ability to adapt to changing environments.- Excellent communication skills- Ability to be able to react/respond quickly to issues.- Awareness of Data Protections Rules and Regulations (GDPR, etc.) and relevant legal framework Data related statistics is a plus.
