Software Teamleader

• Personnel responsibility and technical management of a team of requirements engineers and software architects
• Definition and implementation of processes and methods for software requirements and architecture, taking into account Automotive SPICE and functional safety
• Coaching of employees for the efficient implementation of development processes development processes and quality systems
• Collaboration in international development projects
• Resource planning and tracking of employees
• Prioritization and project assignment of employees for all development locations development sites
• Professional communication with internal and external customers, management, suppliers

• Completed studies preferably in the fields of computer science / software
• Software Engineering / Electronics or comparable
• Several years of professional experience, preferably in the field of automotive embedded software for driver assistance systems
• High level of expertise in software development and project management methods
• Ability to work effectively in international and distributed development teams development teams
• Strong leadership skills / potential
• Flexibility, assertiveness, results orientation and business fluent in English
