Application Area
- Preparation of human samples
- Cell sorting and flow cytometric analysis (Cytek Aurora, LSRFortessa, BDAria)
- TCR sequencing and single-cell RNA sequencing
- Planning, documentation, evaluation, analysis and presentation of research results and their publication
- International cooperation within the EU project

**Profil/Qualifikationen**:

- Completed scientific university studies and doctorate in biology, biochemistry, immunology, molecular life sciences, molecular medicine, bioinformatics or comparable natural science studies
- Good knowledge of immunology
- Ideally practical experience in molecular biology methods and immunological techniques
- Desirable interest in bioinformatics analyses
- Good knowledge of English
- Commitment, teamwork and communication skills, independence and flexibility
- Equivalent skills and experience.
