**Job Description**:
Become a part of our finance team as a Senior Controller Sales & Marketing (all genders) and support the domestic and foreign subsidiaries of TeamViewer on their way into the future
**Responsibilities**:
- Be an essential pillar of the weekly and monthly management reporting and provide necessary documentation about variances versus the budget
- Analyse, forecast and manage relevant IFRS KPI’s and be comfortable moving between internal KPIs and external reporting
- Understand the general business dynamics of a subscription company and their operative metrics
- Be responsible for global retention dynamics and their impact on the overall business
- Play a vital role in the budgeting and forecasting process in close interaction with marketing and sales
- Support the creation of necessary mid-/ and long term outlooks
- Preparation of analyses and decision memos for management and derivation of recommendations for action
- In our agile organization, you are a source of inspiration and ideas as well as a sparring partner for our stakeholders and support them in all relevant areas
- You are an active part of group-wide projects and analyses
**Qualifications**:
- University or technical college degree in business administration with a focus on finance with more than 5 years of professional experience in a sales-related environment and are familiar with sales/marketing management and sales & marketing controlling
- Interest in companies from the IT sector or the e-commerce sector
- Very good knowledge of MS-Office (especially Excel and Power Point) as well as very good German and English skills
- Excellent analytical skills; you will always find the right way for different stakeholders to communicate their result
- You are characterized by a high level of customer orientation, team spirit and a confident demeanor
- Have an independent, structured and result-oriented way of working as well as a high level of quality awareness
- Ideally you have already worked in a publicly listed company and had interactions with Investor Relation topics
