**About The Role**:
This ad goes out to those who want to do meaningful work, take ownership, and never stop learning. This is a full-cycle sales position; the primary role of the enterprise sales executive is to effectively prospect within their assigned territory, meet with key decision-makers to understand their needs, introduce Blinkist Enterprise, close business and grow sales revenue. The sales executive builds mutually beneficial business relationships by helping clients solve problems or achieve greater business results with the purchase of a Blinkist Enterprise subscription. The sales executive becomes a trusted advisor with the execution of results-based quarterly and annual business reviews with their clients to ensure a successful return on investment and to generate expansions and renewals.
**What You Will Do**:
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas
- Create and drive revenue within a specified region
- Develop long-term relationships with customers as well as the develop account plans for new relationships
- Responsible for navigating through an enterprise organization to leverage cross-selling opportunities
- Develop strategic territory business plan
- Generate leads from trade shows and regional networking events
- Accurately forecast quarterly and monthly sales
- Possess a full understanding of customers' specific decision-making and purchasing process
- Develop and manage pipeline activity and monitor sales activity against assigned quotas
- Acquire and integrate industry knowledge related to general trends, emerging technologies, and competitors
**What You Need To Have**:
- 5+ years of enterprise sales experience, preferably subscription-based or SaaS model selling to Fortune 500 companies.
- English and German **full business proficiency is required**:
- Knowledge of and relationships with large enterprises in the DACH region
- Learning & Development / Talent Development knowledge and experience required
- Highly successful track record of personal sales performance selling into medium and large companies
- Proven consultative sales background with demonstrated skills in the areas of lead generation, prospecting, forecasting, and driving quality opportunities to closure.
- A hunter mentality and with demonstrated success meeting and exceeding sales quotas
- Proven ability to build strong client relationships and rapport
- Experience presenting to varied audiences and the ability to understand and react to client needs, challenges, and objections
- Excellent communication and presentations skills with a top-notch customer service approach
- Be able to work as part of a team in a fast pace, rapid change environment
- Desire to work in an agile and free work environment. This role has a lot of freedom; you must be able to set individual work goals and work independently
