In Germany especially within Modern Work and Security. As part of the Skaylink group, the wholly owned subsidiary cVation is dominant in the Nordic markets within Microsoft Azure. Delivering top-tier solutions to industry-leading and global clients related to Modernization, Innovation and Cloud native development. These innovative projects have helped empower businesses to achieve their strategic objectives and drive sustainable growth by utilizing deep industry insights and cutting-edge technology. Building on 10 years of success in the Nordics and current momentum in Germany, we are seeking a dynamic Business Lead (M/F/d) to lead and scale the Skaylink efforts in the German market for Azure exponentially.

**Role and responsibilities**:

- You influence the commercial strategy of Microsoft Azure in Germany at the C-level and refine if needed.
- You take a leading role in driving growth of the Microsoft Azure business in Germany.
- Managing the execution and requirements for global delivery teams will be part of the role.
- Establishing and expanding the Microsoft Azure business will fall under your purview.
- You will develop and grow a high-performing team to cater to the business growth you deliver.
- Converting opportunities through all phases of deal maturity is essential to your role.
- You take full command of the commercial engine from demand generation to deal closure (land & expand strategy).
- Achieving successful business wins will be a significant part of your objectives.
- Strategic partnerships with clients and Microsoft will be built by you.
- Leveraging international commercial and pre-sales/solutioning teams will be crucial.
- Delivering tangible business results is expected of you.
- Direct people management will be part of your duties, if needed.
- Collaboration with delivery teams in Germany, Denmark, and Lithuania will be a aspect of your role.

**Key elements to succeed**:

- Ideally, you have already established the Microsoft Azure business at another Microsoft partner company and now you are looking for the next step.
- You are experienced in consultative complex solution selling and possess great relationship-building skills with a dedicated drive toward results.
- You bring a broad existing network to the table.
- You have high energy and are action-oriented.
- You are an experienced, ambitious professional with a competitive drive.
- You have a get-things-done attitude with an entrepreneurial self-starter mentality.
- You understand the Microsoft Azure portfolio and organization, especially within the Azure STU.
- It is a plus if you have an existing network within the Azure STU.
