**Junior Invoicing Coordinator (w/m/d)**:
Zur Unterstützung unseres Invoicing Teams suchen wir eine_n Junior Invoicing Coordinator (w/m/d) für unser Büro in München.

**WAS DU TUN WIRST**:

- Formale und inhaltliche Prüfung der Warenrechnungen unserer internationalen Lieferanten
- Indexieren der Rechnungen in Dokuware
- Abgleich und Prüfung der Wareneingangsbelege
- Bearbeitung des Mahnwesens
- Kommunikation mit unseren internationalen Lieferanten
- Prüfen und und Pflege der Zahlungsbedingungen unserer internationalen Lieferanten
- Pflege von Daten in unserem Warenwirtschaftssystem Navision
- Unterstützen bei der Buchung der Warenrechnungen in DATEV und bezahlen von Warenrechnungen über unsere interne Bankingsoftware

**WAS DU MITBRINGST**:

- abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung zur Kauffrau/-mann für Büromanagaement oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahung
- Starke organisatorische Fähigkeiten
- Sicherer Umgang mit den Microsoft Office Programmen (v.a. Excel)
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
