**AML/KYC Operations Associate (M/F/d)**

As the leading global platform for private equity investing, Moonfare is growing. Our AML/KYC team plays a crucial role in our success. As an AML/KYC Operations Associate, you will specialise in payments, becoming part of an expert, collaborative and multicultural team. You'll work closely with internal teams like Account Management, Fund Operations and Compliance, as well as external partners, including our Transfer Agent and other service providers to ensure a smooth AML/KYC process for our clients and stakeholders.

**You will**:

- Own the payments AML/KYC pillar at Moonfare
- Ensure proper distribution processes while maintaining adherence to AML regulations
- Maintain the completeness and accuracy of the KYC files
- Be involved in optimising the payments process through a strategic BPO initiative
- Track and manage payment activities by identifying overdue payments and closely monitoring drawdowns
- Create training materials for internal stakeholders on AML related topics
- Interview third party service providers and create comprehensive comparisons

**The next Moonfarian**:

- 3+ years of expertise in transaction monitoring
- Experience in KYC Operations and project management
- Experience with both simplified and enhanced due diligence
- Previous experience with Hubspot or similar CRM software
- Previous experience with ticketing systems
- Takes initiative and has ownership of their area
- Has the ability to maintain high performance in dynamic, changing environments
- Experience in building and maintaining stakeholder relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- German language skills are a plus
