Join us at JPMorgan & Chase Co. at our newest European hub for Chase bank, located in the heart of Berlin. In this exciting chapter of continued growth and expansion for Chase, we’re looking for a passionate KYC Division Lead who will lead multiple high-performing teams, championing a culture of "Right First Time" service, and implementing exceptional operational standards across our KYC operations.
- Provide direct supervision and mentorship to the People Leads within KYC division, ensuring effectively manage their respective teams
- Collaborate with People Leads to establish clear performance targets and KPIs for their teams, ensuring alignment with overall KYC goals
- Experience in monitoring and evaluating key performance metrics, using analytical insights to drive improvements in KYC processes and team productivity.
- Demonstrated ability to implement and maintain high operational standards in a dynamic, international work environment.
- Working closely with compliance, legal, and other stakeholder channel managers to ensure that timely updates and reports are prepared and communicated with relevant teams including senior management.
- Proficient in driving cross-functional collaboration to develop superior customer experiences while managing risks effectively.
- Regularly review and analyse KYC data and reports to identify areas for process improvement, efficiency gains, and enhanced compliance measures.

**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
- Previous work experience in any of the following areas or similar: KYC / AML /Compliance / Audit / Regulation / Risk & Controls and knowledge of Retail Products /Client Types
- Adaptability and agility to excel in an ever-evolving business landscape, with experience in high-growth.
- In-depth knowledge of KYC regulations, AML laws and compliance framework
- Excellent analytical and research skills, detail oriented with a quality-focused work ethic with a strong controls mind-set with the ability to deep-dive and investigate issues to reach a successful resolution to applicable parties
- Proven leadership experience in managing several teams and processes.
- Ability to thrive in an ambiguous work environment while advocating risk management, compliance, and outstanding customer experiences.
- Clear and effective communication for interactions with teams and regulatory authorities
- Excellent communication skills fluent in German and English

**Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills**
- Familiarity with advanced KYC technologies and data analytics.
- Ability to leverage technology for KYC compliance and process enhancement
- Knowledge of the German regulatory framework and best practice regarding fraud prevention.
