Team Lead Content Marketing

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely delivery of content.
- Collaborate with other departments (sales, product, etc.) to identify content needs and opportunities.
- Conduct research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the effectiveness and relevance of our content.
- Analyze and measure the performance of our content marketing efforts and adjust strategies as necessary.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies as needed.
- Ensure all content aligns with our brand voice, messaging and guidelines.
- Manage the content marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of strategic and operative content development in a wide range of digital formats, for different persona and media.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and report on the effectiveness of content marketing efforts.
- Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practices.
- Very good editorial judgment, accuracy and understanding of content pieces.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Experience in managing and coaching people, thinking and planning strategically to set a vision, while also being able to execute on that plan along with the team.
