**About the Team**:
Miro's Product Marketing team is responsible for crafting Miro's story. We build compelling, insight-led positioning and messaging, develop and deliver impactful go-to-market strategies, and champion customers throughout the product development process. The team partners closely with many functions at Miro, including Product Management, Design, Engineering, Sales, Success, Support, Growth, and Brand. Successful Product Marketers at Miro think like general managers of their area: flexible but constantly seeking mastery, with strong customer empathy, creative problem-solving ability, research, synthesis, and analytical skills. We regularly shift from high-level strategy to tactical marketing execution, with a bias towards personal accountability and action.***

**About the Role**:
As the Product Marketing Content & Experiences Lead you will form and lead a new team within product marketing charged with elevating and scaling our product marketing content and driving end-user product campaigns.

You'll be the leader and strategic driver of the Product Marketing content strategy, partnering across the organization (e.g. PMMs, Brand, Design, Growth, Revenue Marketing, Community, Customer Education) to bring Miro's product storytelling to life in strategic, creative, and scalable ways across surfaces. You'll focus on video, web and Miro templates as ways to elevate that storytelling and lead teams through transformation in evergreen content creation.

You'll lead and grow our end-user product campaign 'What's New' by experimenting with new channels, tactics, and creative approaches to help drive awareness and trial of Miro for new features and use cases.

You'll also help elevate the editorial approach for product marketing and release communications (e.g. newsletters, roadmap and release communications, product blogs), set standards for tone and how we communicate to different audiences in Product Marketing, and own content creation for strategic assets for launches and major events.

**What you'll do**:

- Build and lead a high-performing team of content marketers and product marketers
- Own and lead the product marketing content strategy, setting up frameworks and approaches for scaling worldclass content for launches, product campaigns, and key events, with a strong focus on video and templates
- Lead and grow the end-user product campaign 'What's New'
- Establish a strong editorial, tone and content creation approach for product marketing and release communications

**What you'll need**:

- 5+ years relevant experience in content marketing or product marketing in technology/SaaS, ideally with experience in both b2b and b2c marketing strategies
- Relevant experience in related position from marketing and brand agencies will also be considered
- 2+ years of people management experience or demonstrated equivalent experience that showcases your ability to lead a team
- Demonstrated experience in leading content strategy and implementation for product launches/major campaigns/major refreshes of messaging or branding
- Understanding of web content strategy & implementation, website performance best practices, video content creation and production best practices, and growth marketing approaches
- Very strong written and verbal communication, with a creative eye
