Job title: Business Unit Director - Aesthetics

Location: Düsseldorf, Germany

Job description

Reporting directly to the German General Manager (GM), you will have full Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibility for our Business Unit Aesthetics. You will be managing a team of Sales Managers, (K)AMs and Marketeers. Your mandate is to drive growth in Aesthetics through strategic segmentation, effective marketing, education and pricing strategies, increasing consumer demand and building up new client relationships.
- Accountable for the Aesthetics P&L for Galderma Germany with a focus on profitability and sustainable growth
- Management of Galderma Germany’s Aesthetics commercial operations; setting and executing business strategy and objectives to drive growth and profitability
- Lead the Aesthetics team in Germany, ensure optimal team performance and sustainable growth of the business. Develop operating plans, policies and short
- and long-term objectives for the Aesthetics business
- Establish and maintain good external relationships with Key Opinion Leaders / Customers
- Review financial statements, sales results, and activity reports to ensure that organization's objectives are being achieved
- Build long term marketing strategies including education, digital
- and multichannel marketing, including support of the annual brand planning process and global marketing strategy

Skills & Qualifications
- University degree, preferably in Business or science
- A solid exposure working with senior level roles in Medical devices, Aesthetics, Cosmetics, and ideally in Pharmaceutical Industry
- Prior sales and marketing management experience, ideally in Aesthetics
- Strong commercial track record of driving demand, managing key accounts, increasing the number of clients by using strategic segmentation, effective marketing and education tools
- Demonstrated strong leadership and team development capabilities
- Strategic skills as well as a positive mindset and a strong can-do attitude
- Proven P&L responsibility
- Portfolio management
- Professional level of German and English
