Aufgaben
- Erstellung der konsolidierten Abschlüsse d auf monatlicher, vierteljährlicher und jährlicher Basis
- Hauptansprechpartner für die Wirtschaftsprüfer und Leitung der Vorbereitung aller Prüfungsanforderungen der Unternehmengruppe
- Verantwortlich für die Pflege der IFRS-Wertminderungsmodellen und Unterstützung bei konzernweiten Rechnungslegungsfragen
- Verantwortlich für die Beantwortung von IFRS-Fragen der lokalen Geschäftseinheiten
- Verantwortlich für die Bereitstellung von Abschlüssen in IFRS
- Sicherstellung der Konformität gemäß IFRS und SOX
- Gesamtverantwortung für die Abschlusserstellung in der Bilanzierung in allen lokalen Geschäftseinheiten
- Konzentration auf die Verbesserung der Integrität der Finanzdaten sowie der Prozesse und Kontrollen
- Verbesserung der Finanzprozesse
- Leitung des Konsolidierungsteams fachlich und disziplinarisch

Qualifikation
- Mindestens einen Bachelor
- oder Associate-Abschluss in Rechnungswesen, Finanzen oder einem verwandten Bereich
- Weiterführende Zertifizierungen im Finance sind von Vorteil
- Mindestens 5 bis 8 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Funktion
- Erfahrung mit börsennotierten Unternehmen bestenfalls in einem SOX-Umfeld
- Vertiefte Kenntnisse der IFRS-Berichterstattung, der Konsolidierungsrichtlinien und der Rechnungslegungskontrollen
- Sehr gute Erfahrung mit verschidenen Konsolidierungssystemen
- Hervorragende Kommunikations-, Verhandlungsfähigkeiten
- Fähigkeit zu selbstständigem Denken und Handeln im Rahmen der Hauptverantwortlichkeiten und Interessen der Beteiligten.
