**Was Sie machen**:
- Sie führen ein kleines Team und leiten das monatliche Closing weltweit.
- Sie leiten die jährliche Budgetplanung weltweit.
- Sie erstellen Forecasts und Abweichungsanalysen für den Geschäftsbereich, Kostenstellen und Projekte.
- Sie erstellen Analysen, Präsentationen und Berichte für den Finanzbereich.
- Sie kommunizieren Zahlen mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern innerhalb Elektrobit und Continental.
- Sie arbeiten eng mit den Stakeholdern zusammen, um die (Unternehmens-) Leistung zu steigern.
- Sie übernehmen interessante Projekte, bei denen Sie ungenutztes Potenzial in Bezug auf Strategie, Rentabilität und Effizienz hervorheben und deren Entwicklung bis zur Implementierung ideal unterstützen.
- Sie bereiten Steuerungs
- und Investitionsentscheidungen für den Vorstand und die Geschäftsbereiche vor.
- Sie sorgen für die laufende Optimierung von Controlling-Prozessen und Schnittstellen.
- Sie entwickeln die Controlling-Instrumente entsprechend aktueller Anforderungen und Zielsetzungen weiter.
**Was Sie mitbringen**:
- Sie haben ein Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft oder eine äquivalente Ausbildung erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
- Sie besitzen einschlägige nachweisbare Berufserfahrung im Controlling Umfeld.
- Sie überzeugen uns durch Teamorientierung, Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Lösungsorientierung in einem internationalen Umfeld.
