**Ein HR Assistant bei SCHMIDHUBER **
- ist ein smarter Kopf.
- unterstützt das Human Resources Team in Teilzeit (ca. 20h/ Woche) - engagierte, zuverlässige Werkstudent:innen sind ebenfalls sehr willkommen.
- unterstützt den Bereich Personaladministration (z.B. Personalaktenlage pflegen, Zeugnis-Management).
- unterstützt den Bereich Personalentwicklung (z.B. Vorbereitung von Mitarbeiter-Gesprächen).
- unterstützt den Bereich Recruiting (z.B. Bewerbermanagement).
- ist loyal und verhält sich verantwortungsbewusst bei allen in
- und externen Planungs
- und Kommunikationsprozessen.
- stärkt den partnerschaftlichen Umgang miteinander.

- Studium mit Schwerpunktausrichtung HR oder nachweisbare Erfahrungen aus diesem Bereich.
- Leidenschaft für die Arbeit mit Menschen.
- Identifikationsbereitschaft mit unseren Projekten und Themen.
- sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Feingefühl und Organisationsgeschick.
- sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office, ggf. auch Kenntnisse in Personio.
- Selbstverständnis im diskreten Umgang mit sensiblen Daten und Informationen.
- Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein.
- gute Englischkenntnisse.
