Deine Aufgaben bei uns

Als HR Assistant unterstützt du die Personalreferentin bei den täglichen administrativen Aufgaben, um einen reibungslosen Ablauf im HR-Bereich sicherzustellen. Du erstellst wichtige Dokumente wie Verträge, Arbeitszeugnisse und Bescheinigungen und kümmerst Dich um die Digitalisierung und sichere Verwahrung. Die Anlage und Pflege der Personalstämme in unserer HR-Software rexx gehört ebenso zu Deinen Aufgaben, so dass wir hier stets up-to-date sind. Bei On-/Off- und Crossboardings trägst Du dazu bei, dass sich unsere Mitarbeitenden stets gut beraten und unterstützt fühlen, so dass sie sich auf ihre eigenen Aufgaben konzentrieren können. Du unterstützt bei der Vorbereitung der Gehaltsabrechnungen, damit unsere Mitarbeitenden stets korrekt und pünktlich bezahlt werden. Die Pflege der digitalen Zeiterfassung unserer Mitarbeitenden gehört ebenfalls zu Deinen Aufgaben, um stets korrekte Zeitkonten sicherzustellen. Nach einer umfangreichen Einarbeitung kümmerst Du Dich als Teil unseres Supportteams um die Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unserer HR-Software rexx.

Was Du mitbringst

Idealerweise verfügst Du über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation. Erste Erfahrungen in einer administrativen Aufgabe, idealerweise im Personalbereich, sind wünschenswert. Dein Arbeitsstil ist von Selbstständigkeit, hoher Eigenmotivation, Prozessorientierung und einer effektiven Struktur geprägt. Du fühlst Dich dann wohl, wenn Deine Kolleg:innen strahlen, außerdem hast Du einen hohen Service- und Qualitätsanspruch an Dich und Dein Team. Digitalisierung in der HR-Arbeit interessiert Dich und idealerweise bringst Du schon erste Erfahrungen in der Betreuung von HR-IT-Systemen mit.
