Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Payroll Assistant to join our team at Sky Deutschland GmbH. As a key member of our HR Payroll team, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our payroll functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide dedicated support to the HR Payroll team in maintaining accurate and up-to-date payroll records
  • Respond to employee inquiries and resolve payroll-related issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist in the administration of payroll systems, including data maintenance and document storage
  • Contribute to the optimization of our HR processes and procedures
Requirements
  • Enrolled in a degree program in economics or business education, or a comparable field with a focus on personnel/human resources
  • Practical experience in human resources and working with HR systems, such as SAP HCM, is highly desirable
  • Excellent social skills, communication skills, and ability to work effectively in a team
  • Independent approach to work and above-average commitment
  • Strong MS Office skills and proficiency in English and German
