The Role

Als unser Network Support Specialist arbeiten Sie in einer komplexen, herstellerübergreifenden Umgebung und setzen Ihre analytischen Fähigkeiten ein, um Netzwerkprobleme zu identifizieren und zu beheben, Konfigurationsänderungen vorzunehmen und Sicherheitsrichtlinien zu implementieren. Diese Rolle erfordert jemanden, der schnell denken, Korrekturmaßnahmen (einschließlich Notfalländerungen) testen und anwenden und bei Bedarf an Änderungsüberprüfungen teilnehmen kann. Und mit der sich ständig verändernden Natur der Technologie werden Sie ständig lernen und in Ihrer Rolle wachsen.
Sie arbeiten mit einem talentierten Expertenteam zusammen, um routinemäßige Netzwerkänderungen zu planen und durchzuführen, Netzwerkprobleme und -ausfälle zu beheben und eine hervorragende Kommunikation mit unseren Endkunden, Projektmanagern und Servicetechnikern aufrechtzuerhalten. Sie sind für die Wartung von Netzwerkkomponenten, die Überwachung der Netzwerkleistung und die Aufrechterhaltung der Netzwerksicherheit verantwortlich. Sie leisten auch Benutzersupport bei netzwerkbezogenen Problemen und stellen sicher, dass unsere Kunden den bestmöglichen Support erhalten.
Für den Job müssen Sie bis zu 100 % vor Ort bei einem Kunden arbeiten. Zumindest für die ersten 12 Monate ist der Arbeitsort das Stellantis-Büro in Rüsselsheim. Sie sollten auch bereit sein, bei Bedarf Bereitschaftsdienste anzubieten oder im Schichtdienst zu arbeiten.
Sie sind auch dafür verantwortlich, die Arbeit, die Sie für den Kunden ausführen, zu dokumentieren und technische Dokumentationen über Änderungen in der Netzwerkumgebung bereitzustellen.

Required Skills and Experience
- Proven knowledge and experience in trouble-shooting, switching, and routing
- 2+ years of working experience in Networking
- Minimum CCNP certification or equivalent knowledge
- Experience with Network security, WAN
- Working knowledge of ITIL
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Experience with BGP, Software Defined Networking (SDN) based on Cisco ACI, Checkpoint/Cisco Firepower firewalls, F5 load Balancers, NSX
- Experience with Ansible automation
