**Duties**:
**1. Conducts and oversees the most complex collection of multi-source intelligence.**

**2. Develops and presents ISR capabilities to a wide variety of service, national and coalition customers.**

**3. Serves as a senior adviser and primary consultant in the dissemination of multi-source intelligence and serves as a senior technical authority on ISR issues.**

**4. Plans, directs and oversees ISR operations.**

**5. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities.**

- U.S. Citizenship Required
- All new DCIPS employees are required to complete a two-year DCIPS trial period.
- Position is designated special-sensitive and incumbent must be able to obtain and retain a TOP SECRET (TS) security clearance with access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI). A non-disclosure agreement must be signed.
- Travel and relocation expenses WILL BE PAID in accordance with the JTR AND AFMAN 36-606
- Must be registered for Selective Service, see Legal and Regulatory Guide
- The employee may be required to work other than normal duty hours.
- Shift work and emergency overtime may be required
- Employee must maintain current certifications
- Disclosure of Political Appointments
- Advance in hire may be authorized if there is demonstrable proof provided on your resume
- This position has been designated by the Air Force as a Testing Designated Position (TDP) under the Air Force Civilian Drug Demand Reduction Program. Employee must pass initial and periodic short notice drug testing.
- (cont.) Illegal drug use by employees in sensitive positions presents a clear threat to the mission of the Air Force, national security, and public safety.
- An advanced intelligence-related or professional/scientific degree is highly desirable.
- The employee may be required to travel in military and/or commercial aircraft to perform temporary duty assignments.
- Mobility is a condition of employment. The employee must sign an Air Force-wide Mobility Agreement. See AFI36-202, dated 19 Aug 2019 for guidance.
- All federal employees are required to have direct deposit
- A pre-employment physical exam ie required. Certification of medical examination recommendation OPM 178 Part C/D is required.
- USCYBERCOM, JFHQ-C or NSA Cryptological experience is highly desired.

**Qualifications**:
**This is a GG-14 position in the Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS). The GG-14 duties for the "Professional" work category are at the "Senior" work level and are equivalent to those at the GS-14 level. The selectee's salary will be set within the 14 grade equivalent to a GS/GG grade based on the selectee's qualifications in relation to the job.**

In order to qualify, you must meet the specialized experience requirements described in the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Qualification Standards for General Schedule Positions, Administrative and Management Positions.- **Note: Creditable experience may include previous military experience, experience gained in the private sector, or experience gained in another government agency.**

**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSAs**): Your qualifications will be evaluated on the basis of your level of knowledge, skills, abilities and/or competencies in the following areas:

- 1. Knowledge of a comprehensive range of intelligence research and collection methods, techniques, and practices; and multi-source intelligence information systems to capture and report on data in order to develop intelligence capabilities and threat assessments, interpret policy, and commit resources.
- 2. Knowledge of advanced dissemination principles, concepts, and methods to disburse the most complex information/situations attained from multiple sources.
- 3. Knowledge of the national intelligence community, Joint, DoD structure, organizations and mission/functions, inter-relationships and operations.
- 4. Skill in conducting unbiased complex research, identifying appropriate available systems/data sources, and producing collection requirement assessments that answer specific tasks to link and leverage agency capabilities in support of consumers, customers, and clients.
- 5. Skill in working out solutions to problems or questions related to the work, writing clear and concise intelligence products, and delivering written and/or verbal presentations to senior level audiences for decision-making purposes; and quickly assimilating disparate data, rendering knowledgeable and accurate assessments of the implication of such data, and making decisions, estimates, and recommendations under conditions of urgency and pressure.
