**Qualifications**:
ASSESSMENT FACTORS
- 1. Conducts security program reviews and identifies potential gaps or vulnerabilities related to security and trains team members, customers and managers in security rules and procedures.
- 2. Counsels team members, customers, and managers concerning complex security issues or problems, by identifying and explaining available options and their consequences, and recommending sound solutions.
- 3. Applies depth and breadth of knowledge of the organization to perform well and/or guide others on the full range of complex or varied assignments that impact the reputation of the organization.- 5. Demonstrated experience manipulating/deciphering large/complex data sets to inform the strategic direction of the Agency or assigned office.
- HIGHLY DESIRED SKILLS
- 1. Completion of the ODNI Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility/ICD 705 Course.
- 2. Demonstrated ability to manage competing security priorities for a CCMD, formulate courses of action, and leverage professional relationships to achieve mission success.
- 3. Detail oriented/demonstrated ability to brief senior government officials/represent DIA in official forums.
