Ihr Aufgabengebiet
- Fristgerechte Erstellung der Lohn
- und Gehaltsabrechnung in SAP-HR inklusive vor
- und nachgelagerter Aufgaben unter Berücksichtigung von Gesetzen, Richtlinien und Verordnungen etc.
- Zeitwirtschaft in SAP
- Pflege von Vakanzen und Organisationsmanagement
- Ansprechpartner für Führungskräfte, Mitarbeiter und externe Stellen
- Erstellen von Statistiken, Reports, Datenerhebungen und Bescheinigungen
- Kontenpflege für HR und Zuarbeit bei Monat;
- Quartal
- und Jahresabschlüssen
- Koordination der Dienstleister für ausländische Abrechnungen
- Aktive Mitgestaltung bei der Weiterentwicklung/Digitalisierung der HR-Prozesse

Ihr Profil
- Kaufmännische Ausbildung und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Entgeltabrechnung
- Sicher im Umgang mit dem Steuer-, Sozialversicherungs
- und Arbeitsrecht
- Analytischen Arbeitsweise und die Fähigkeit Probleme zu lösen
- Guten Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
