For our finance team we’re looking for a Accounts Receivables Executive / Collection Agent (M/F/d)
Your mission
You will assist with day-to-day accounting routine of cash collection. We are looking for a proactive individual who is interested in working closely with our customers to monitor
incoming payments, oversee dunning hand in hand with our accounts receivable team lead and handle collections and insolvency cases. You will be in close contact with your
colleagues and act as an interface between accounting, sales and customer satisfaction management.
- You will handle accounting related customer queries from initial contact to successful
clarification of issues
- You will support the team lead in open items management and in the clarification of revenue bookings
- You will assist with investigating and resolving discrepancies in payments and accounts
- You will independently process all dunning stages including the supervision of the receivables aging report as well as the transfer of cases to our collection agency
- You will be the contact person for queries from the collection agency
- You will assist with process optimization of the debt collection process

- You will work within a small, motivated team and report to accounts receivables team lead
