Job Description
Responsible for collecting overdue payments from our customers through phone communication.
Main Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of customers with outstanding invoices Encourage customers to enroll in automatic payment methods (direct debit, credit card) Identify accounts that need follow-up by the (legal) collection team Monitor progress in our collection system Achieve set performance targetsRequired Skills, Experience & Qualifications
Strong communication skills with a persuasive approach. Focused on achieving results. Well-organized with effective time management skills. Self-motivated individual who can work independently with minimal supervision. Previous experience in debt collection is beneficial but not mandatory.About the company
