**Your responsibilities**:

- Support Campaign Managers to set up and optimize performance marketing campaigns, primely on Google and Meta products for the biggest retail clients in the French Market.
- Interact and communicate internally with Sales, Customer-Success-Managers, as well as Content-Managers and Data-analysts.
- Support ongoing monitoring and analysis of campaign performance, adjusting campaign strategies proactively to improve on budget results and meet targets
- Provide regular, clear and actionable reports of all main KPIs highlighting campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for further optimization Staying up-to-date with Google Ads product updates, industry trends, and best practices to continue enhancing campaign effectiveness

**Your profile**:

- You are studying marketing, economics, business or a similar course of study
- You have a passion for digital marketing, and you are able to work both independently and collaboratively
- You have good analytical skills and feel comfortable using Excel
- Willingness to learn quickly
- Understanding of Paid Ads concepts (SEM/Social/Affiliate), as well as associated analytics platforms
- Initial experience in Performance Marketing is desirable but not required
- Relevant Google Ads, Meta and digital marketing certifications are desirable but not required.
- You are fluent in English and French.
