**GENERAL INFORMATION**
- Employment Type: Working Student contract
- Previous working experience: Finance Background, no experience needed
- Working hours: 10-20hrs/week
- Working Location: Berlin/Germany
- Reports to: MD/SVP Finance
- Desired start date: ASAP

**YOUR CHALLENGE AT WIRE**

Get ready to play a key role in our Finance Team. You will work closely with **all Departments** regularly. You will present the findings and their mitigations to internal stakeholders.
- **Develop: Assist in the development of financial models and forecasts.**
- **Create: Prepare financial statements and reports.**
- **Implement: Support the implementation of financial processes and controls.**
- **Collaborate: Work closely with other departments to gather necessary financial information.**
- **Analyse: Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and variances.**
- **Optimise: Recommend improvements to financial processes for efficiency and accuracy.**
- **Present: Communicate financial findings and mitigation plans to internal stakeholders.**
- **Support: Provide administrative and project support to the SVP Finance/MD**
- **Cash Flow Optimization: Contribute to the optimization of cash flow management.**

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree program in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Fluent in German; English is a plus
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel/ Gsheet
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with financial software and tools is a plus
- Solid understanding of financial principles and practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and analytically
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
